Bargaining Updates
For decades, Harrah’s has maintained positive, collaborative relationships with many unions, where our shared interests in serving the customers and remaining competitive were valued by all. In this difficult economic environment – we value these good union partnerships more than ever.
We will negotiate in good faith with any legally elected representative of our employees. At Caesars, we’ve had more than 50 good faith bargaining sessions with the United Automobile Workers in an attempt to agree upon a contract that is fair to all – and protects and preserves the jobs of all 14,000 of our Atlantic City employees.
We remain committed to bargaining in good faith for a contract that is reasonable, economically feasible and allows us to remain competitive so that we can protect and preserve the jobs of our 14,000 hard working team members. We will not put the interests of one group of employees above the others.
